Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of all data migration activities for the project.
- Manage the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Oversee data migration teams to ensure smooth execution, quality, and timely delivery.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, security, and compliance throughout the migration process.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, business users, technical teams, and the Authority to resolve migration-related issues and dependencies.
- Monitor migration progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Support testing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities related to migrated data.
- Provide leadership and guidance to migration team members and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience managing data migration projects of similar scope, scale, and complexity, preferably for finance ERP or cloud-based ERP implementations.
- Experience leading at least 1 end-to-end data migration project in the capacity of Data Migration Lead.
- Strong hands-on understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Proven experience leading teams through the full data migration lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and project stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
