OV Ventures
Deals by email, with a management fee per deal. Invest when you have conviction.
OV + OV Ventures
No management fee on any deal, the private OV Ventures space in the OV app, deal discussions with other investors and closer access to the team. OV is the network for the global Vietnamese. If that is you and you are a fit, we fast-track your OV application.
03What we expect
An active network, not a passive list.
Invest when you have conviction and help where you can. Investors who have not joined a deal in about 12 months may be moved off the active list.
- You are responsible for checking that you can legally invest where you live.
- Venture investing is high risk and long term. Only invest what you can afford to lose.

What does it cost?
Joining is free. OV members pay no management fee; other investors pay one per deal. The full terms go to approved investors.
What is an SPV?
A legal entity set up for one investment, so all our investors appear as one line on the startup’s cap table.
Do I need venture experience?
No. We handle diligence, structuring and execution. What matters is judgment and being thoughtful about risk.
How much do I invest?
You choose, deal by deal. We share the minimum with each deal.
Which founders do you back?
Vietnamese and Vietnam-connected founders: Vietnamese heritage, deep Vietnam insight, or Vietnam as a core market.
