JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise the labeling department activities to ensure compliance with standard procedures.
- Based on information and data received from suppliers and in accordance with sampling inspection regulations, control product quality at production lines.
- Control the cleaning and sanitization of production lines before starting new products.
- Control the implementation of prescribed forms: Work instructions, Labeling request forms, etc.
- Randomly control product quality on production lines to promptly detect non-conformities in the labeling process.
- Supervise the labeling process:
- Correct product, correct batch, product expiry date on the line matching the Labeling request form.
- Label position on the product is correct according to regulations and the quantity of stickers and labels is correct according to the Labeling guide.
- Conformity of product specifications such as: product design and type of sticker applied on milk cans.
- Control the stacking of products on pallets (product information must be facing outward, pallet specifications, etc.) and labels correctly reflect the product status. Daily control, classification and warehouse transfer of damaged products.
- Immediately report to QA, Head of QA Department, Head of VAS Department when detecting non-conformities during operations.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the department head.
- Propose issues related to professional work to achieve cost savings, work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Apply immediate measures to prevent and stop incidents that could cause serious consequences and damage to the Company's interests.
- Directly contact group leaders and require VAS staff to comply with work procedures and correct deviations (if any).
