Job Purpose
Own technical design, select technology solutions and engage in development to meet real business needs. Participate in building system architecture, construction and ensuring architectural standards aligned with the company's business or development requirements and architectural projects.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Project implementation and development requirements:
- Own and be responsible for technical design solutions / functions and development for application systems and integration decisions.
- Work with business partners, Enterprise Architects, Integration Architects and other teams to identify technical and functional requirements of the system.
- Ensure compliance with the defined development lifecycle, good software design practices, architectural strategy and intent.
- Participate in technology investment projects from the solution research phase, evaluation, propose appropriate solutions according to roadmap, including scorecard development, technical scoring of appropriate solutions according to technology standards; participate in appropriate implementation planning.
- Advise and propose comprehensive solutions based on technology principles and standards.
- Execute company policies in the areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change management and configuration, compliance.
- Manage and oversee changes related to solution architecture to ensure integrity, standardization and consistency of technology systems.
- Analyze, identify and document technical requirements for data, workflows, logical processes, hardware environment and operating systems.
- Coordinate coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solutions

2. Improvement:
- Research new technology trends
- Participate in developing / establishing technology standards aligned with the company's development objectives such as ensuring integration with existing systems, stability, scalability across various advanced technologies, minimizing operational risk, ensuring current and future expansion needs... etc.
- Participate in building and improving architectural and technology design handbooks

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications
- Graduated with good or higher grades in Information Technology, Mathematics, Electronics and Telecommunications from Science and Technology Universities such as: Bach Khoa University, National University.... or International Programmer
Work Experience
- Minimum 10 years in related field
Language Proficiency
- English, as required by the company at each time
Other Requirements
- Understanding and good knowledge of application, technology selection in the financial services industry as well as design and construction of technology systems for organizations with large transaction volumes on the basis of alignment with development orientation, safety and efficiency
