Job Description
1. Perform work related to collateral asset valuation:
- Conduct collateral asset valuation and provide opinions related to collateral asset appraisal, comply with regulations, procedures and work schedules.
- Check, supervise and evaluate the quality of collateral asset valuation work at assigned units.
- Build a database of asset prices and collateral asset inventory in the managed area.
- Coordinate information collection, propose a list of companies with functions to appraise prices according to legal regulations for VCB cooperation in collateral asset valuation work.
2. Participate in training, workshops, guidance/support/answer questions for units related to collateral asset valuation work.
3. Prepare periodic/urgent reports as requested.
4. Participate in professional training and workshop classes according to the Center and VCB's plan.
5. Perform other related tasks assigned by the Center's Board of Directors/Regional Leadership.
Recruitment Standards
I. Requirements for qualifications and work experience:
1. Qualifications:
- Professional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in regular program in Economics, Finance, Banking, Law, Engineering, Valuation, Appraisal or related majors. Hold a professional training certificate in appraisal according to regulations.
- Foreign language proficiency: English certificate B1 or above (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or equivalent.
- IT proficiency: Basic IT application certificate or above or equivalent.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, finance, appraisal or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in asset valuation and appraisal operations
3. Knowledge:
- Understand asset valuation and appraisal operations.
- Have knowledge of bank products, services, procedures and credit transactions.
- Have in-depth knowledge of laws and regulations of the State Bank.
- Have in-depth knowledge of credit risk management, accounting, accounting transactions, and identification of forged documents.
4. Skills:
- Skills in analyzing and appraising collateral asset valuation
- Skills in managing and assessing asset and credit risks
- Skills in understanding economic conditions
- Skills in providing and managing service quality.
5. Abilities:
- Logical thinking ability.
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and make decisions.
6. Age: Not over 40 years old at the time of recruitment registration
7. Priority criteria:
- Appraiser Card for valuation issued by the Ministry of Finance.
- Foreign bachelor's degree in economics, Banking and Finance, Accounting or other related majors.
- Master's degree or above in economics, Banking and Finance, Accounting or other related majors.
- Have capacity and/or experience in applying AI in professional work.
- Have experience in the position of AI Engineer.
- Have capacity or experience in management, control of information security and safety related to AI application.
