Job Description
- Receive and understand customer needs, directly handle and execute transactions; approach, introduce and sell banking products and services;
- Answer customer inquiries; implement the bank's customer care programs.
- Execute money transfer transactions, cash collection and disbursement, calculate and collect service fees, collect loan interest, collect foreign exchange conversion, collect bond conversion, collect non-standard currency conversion, collect debts, disburse funds, provide services for receiving and transferring collection mandates to partners; verify documents related to transactions.
Recruitment Standards
1. Professional qualifications:
- Training major: Finance-Banking, Investment Economics, International Economics, Accounting-Auditing, Business Administration, Marketing, Securities or related majors.
- Candidates must be university graduates or higher, full-time program, major suitable for the recruitment position from public universities, private universities in the country/Vietnamese universities linked with foreign universities/foreign universities in Vietnam/reputable foreign universities.
2. Foreign language proficiency: English proficiency suitable for job requirements
3. Age: Not over 35 years old at the time of application submission.
4. Skills:
- Communication, persuasion;
- Build and manage relationships;
- Analysis, synthesis.
5. Knowledge:
- Have knowledge of banking products and services;
6. Experience:
- Minimum 02 years of work experience in credit institutions, in the position of Accountant/Teller.
