2. Location: 194 Tran Quang Khai, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.
3. Recruitment form:
- Round 1 – Document screening
- Round 2 – Assignment of test questions, requiring candidates (who passed the document screening round) to develop a Program/Action Plan to implement the assigned tasks for the position being recruited.
- Round 3 – Direct interview, combined with requiring candidates to present and explain the Program/Action Plan before the Interview Panel.

+ ID card / Citizen ID card;
