Job Description:
- Responsible for managing, coordinating, controlling and supporting the operation of all after-sales service activities in the assigned region to ensure operational efficiency, optimize service quality, and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Control and coordinate after-sales service activities among distributors (NPP) in the assigned region, ensuring efficient operations and optimal resource utilization.
- Coordinate and control the implementation of technical defect correction programs and product recall campaigns according to plan.
- Support the establishment and development of new Service Workshop (XDV) networks.
- Handle and resolve operational issues that exceed the authority and capability of distributors, coordinate with relevant departments to find appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to receive, process and resolve customer complaints regarding repair quality and after-sales service, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
- Manage spare parts activities at distributors, including inventory control, arrangement and optimization of spare parts-related activities to ensure efficient use and support repair operations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or Technical Management.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in after-sales service, warranty, and repair in the Automotive and Motorcycle industry.
- Experience in project management, coordination and team management.
- Communication, negotiation and effective complaint handling skills.
- Organizational skills, time management and quick problem-solving ability.
- Understanding of spare parts warehouse management, inventory optimization and supply chain.
- Proactive, high sense of responsibility, able to handle high work pressure.
- Ready to travel on business.
