- Responsible for directing development and ensuring KPI implementation of business development staff for ShopeeFood's products and services.
- Analyze data to plan and develop strategies for the team in the short and long term.
- Lead the team to develop plans and strategies to achieve set objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the operation of business activities.
- Responsible for managing, recruiting, and training the business development team.
- Regularly update business development staff on business information of various sectors and food market trends.
- Conduct reports on work results as requested by superiors.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of sales experience with relationships with restaurant chains/brands in the F&B market.
- Preference for candidates with business development experience in e-commerce or digital wallet sectors.
- Passionate about business.
- Able to work under high pressure.

- Good management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
