The Technology Center under Viettel Telecom General Company (Viettel Telecom), a branch of the Military Telecommunications Industrial Group, is a unit that:
Applies data analytics results based on Big Data platforms to business problems to increase revenue and create new revenue sources.
Directly designs and develops software applications serving comprehensive operational, production and business activities of the corporation across 63 provinces/cities and 10 foreign markets.
Masters and applies leading technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data, Cloud, Microservices, …) to projects and software products to completely transform customer experience with products and services and innovate the way production and business operations are managed.
Pioneers in applying the latest software development tools and processes to automate and optimize software development processes (DevOps, Agile,…).
A gathering place for leading Data Scientists, Big Data Engineers, Software Engineers with many years of experience in various fields, software design and development engineers who graduated excellently from top universities with the aspiration to mark Viettel's IT position in particular and Vietnam's in general on the world IT map.

Scope of Work Responsibilities
• Work with functional and business units to determine priority levels and problems to be deployed
• Analyze and describe characteristics of attributes and objects
• Visualize analysis results according to "end-user language"
• Act as a bridge between business units and technical units to "translate" business language into technical language
• Understand the problem (Business Understanding): Coordinate with BA units and propose solutions for the analysis problem.
• Understand the data (Data Understanding): Understand the meaning of existing data fields to use as input for the problem; Collect and synthesize additional characteristic attributes to serve as input for the problem.
• Clean data (Data Cleaning): Remove outliers, add missing values, correct incorrect values in data, data not in correct format (Date, String, Number)…
• Integrate data (Data Integration): Data from multiple sources may therefore have duplicate data.
• Understand duplicate data fields to remove them.
• Transform data (Data Transformation): Aggregate and transform data to produce new attributes (depending on the data understanding step above).
• Descriptive analysis
• Visualize analysis results
REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated from a regular university with good grade or higher in data science, computer science, IT, economics and finance, applied mathematics, electronics and telecommunications or related fields. Knowledge of probability and statistics, linear algebra, calculus
• Knowledge of exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Knowledge of data visualization
• Knowledge of database types (RDBMS, Graph Databases, NoSQL Products, ...)
• Knowledge of distributed data processing, big data processing (Hadoop, Spark, Elastic Search…)
• SQL skills
• Skills in using data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, ...)
