Viettel Enterprise Solutions General Company (VTS) is a subsidiary of Viettel Industrial - Telecommunications Group, established with the mission to accompany the Government in successfully building a "Creative Government – Digital Government", cooperating with enterprises and citizens to solve social problems and bring better lives to everyone. Viettel Enterprise Solutions General Company currently has a Research and Development Center that masters new technologies of the 4.0 industrial revolution (Big Data, AI, IoT, AR/VR, Cloud, Blockchain…) delivering solutions for smart cities and digital transformation for enterprises, government, and organizations with directions such as connectivity, sharing and customer experience.
Scope of Responsibilities
Building business solutions (for upgrade projects with specific, clear business requirements)
- Survey needs, analyze and model customer business processes
- Build business analysis documents (PTYC), create Prototypes
- Finalize and align with customers on problem requirements
- Build solution documents and design detailed features from a user perspective according to Product Manager or customer requirements. (Details of data fields, constraint cases, exceptions)
- Answer and discuss business-related questions from the project team.
Project Management
- Update relevant project documents according to procedures.
- Manage and store change requests according to proper procedures.
- Support AM, PM in product/system acceptance testing with customers
- Calculate effort and cost for business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with Good grade or higher in IT, Electronics and Telecommunications; Excellent grade or higher in Economics and related fields...\
- International English certificate Toeic 550 points or equivalent certificates.
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques, business process modeling such as: business functional models, relational data models, UML language, Use case creation, BPMN,..
- Know how to build prototypes of products/applications
- Good communication and presentation skills
