Job description
• Manage and organize direct business development for Large Customers
• Manage and organize the development of policies and programs to promote sales and implement them for the CIB customer portfolio across the entire system
• Manage and organize the work of identifying ideas, implementing business development, designing solutions according to value chains in the industry, cross-selling in assigned management areas
• Manage and organize post-implementation control work for solutions within the scope of management of the Business Development Department
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or Auditing
• Minimum 02 years of experience in process and product development for corporate customers at credit institutions
• Minimum 02 years of experience in a management position responsible for promoting sales in the corporate customer segment at credit institutions
• Preferred: direct business experience in the corporate customer segment
