II. JOB SUMMARY:
- Perform duties in accordance with the requirements of operating the milk processing system;
- Report incidents in a timely manner and propose solutions to address any non-conformities;
- Inspect the quality of input raw materials;
- Ensure compliance with standards for raw material and energy consumption;
- Monitor repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment;
- Maintain cleanliness of machinery, equipment, and factory premises;
- Comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP and regulations on occupational safety and health, fire prevention and control, 5S;
- Propose improvement initiatives and rationalization measures (if any).
III. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
1. Education:
- Graduate of: University, College, or Vocational School with a degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related technical fields.
2. Experience:
- Preferred: Experience in an equivalent position in food production, milk, or beverage manufacturing.
3. Professional Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene;
- Basic knowledge of ISO, HACCP;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Good work organization skills.
4. Skills:
- Good communication skills;
- Good problem-solving skills.
5. Other Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand English documents and work instructions;
- Careful, honest, good health.
