- Record daily electricity and water consumption.
- Safely operate building technical systems (electrical, water, fire safety, air conditioning, ventilation...)
- Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of the above systems
- Supervise contractors for repairs/construction
- Support residents/tenants with minor repair work when needed
Requirements:
- Qualification in a technical field (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Refrigeration, Mechanical, Construction, Civil Engineering...)
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a building and general maintenance mechanisms
- Ability to coordinate and work in teams, with discipline and sense of responsibility.
