- Male, good health, age 19 – 30.
- Graduate of intermediate or associate degree in Telecommunications Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Networks, Electrical - Industrial Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics.
- Basic understanding of networks (IP addresses, DNS, web...).
- Candidates with vocational certificates equivalent to level 3/7 in related specialties will also be considered for interview if they have work experience.
- Candidates with experience in repair and installation of telecommunications infrastructure, Internet, power, cable television, etc. are an advantage.
- Have means of transportation (motorcycle).
- Able to use smartphone to install mandatory applications to support work
- Have a "Customer-centric" mindset.
- Receive one week of concentrated training in basic skills, expertise, and operations.
- Receive on-the-job training at the unit and participate in advanced training courses during work.
