Job description
Develop new products / refine products (construction / real estate) for corporate customers, meeting customer needs and business efficiency
1. Lead and participate in building detailed reports on segments / profiles of potential customers in the construction / real estate sector
2. Participate in building & perfecting product design
3. Analyze sales effectiveness and product usage efficiency
4. Propose product improvements to increase business value through monitoring product effectiveness indicators
Conduct market research to support product development (new / refined)
Design, coordinate building and manage corporate customer experience: Build / coordinate building customer journey and experience for each product / service, optimize customer experience; Monitor service quality KPIs by product; Coordinate handling of emerging customer experience issues
Conduct briefing document building (new / refined) and control the integration and deployment of corporate banking products developed by the unit on internal software systems (e.g. CRM, BPM, CMV, BizMB, ...) and / or partner platforms
Manage corporate banking product effectiveness (P&L) within the assigned scope, including:
1. Consolidate corporate banking product effectiveness data,
2. Recommend and coordinate with the Business Division to propose pricing policies (interest rates, fees, promotions ...) for each product to ensure effectiveness.
3. Coordinate with the Business Division to implement price / fee adjustments. Monitor, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the corporate banking product portfolio
Participate in providing input on work-in-progress inventory management, advise on specific situations in the construction / real estate sector

• Director / Expert: Lead a professional area, important product of the unit, provide in-depth professional advice to related departments, can manage / coordinate 1 team. Suitable for 8-12 years, with deep expertise and team leadership experience.
• Senior Expert: Lead and provide professional direction at the bank level, directly advise the Division Director, Leadership on strategy in the area of responsibility; can manage or coordinate teams. Suitable for over 12 years of experience, recognized as an industry expert.

Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, banking, information technology, data, marketing.
Experience:
- Have 3 years of experience in the financial banking sector (business / risk management / appraisal / approval / operations); have experience in appraisal / designing solutions for customers in the construction sector
- Or have 3 years of experience at consulting companies, construction supervision
Knowledge:
Candidates with knowledge of legal, project cash flow, construction contracts, work-in-progress inventory management in the Construction sector are preferred.
English: Toeic 500 or above or equivalent certificate
