- Lead the development team on technical aspects; design Module, API and Business Flow.
- Break down tasks, guide Developers and handle technical blockers.
- Review code, control Coding Convention, Code Quality and Technical Debt.
- Develop and optimize Backend using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security/OAuth2/JWT.
- Design, integrate REST API, Database, MQ/Kafka, Cache and related systems.
- Optimize SQL, Transaction, Index, Performance on Oracle/PostgreSQL.
- Coordinate with SA, PM, BA, Tester, DevOps during development, release and Production Issue handling.
- 5+ years of software development experience, of which 2+ years in a key Tech Lead/Senior role.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Spring Security/OAuth2/JWT.
- Experience with Oracle/PostgreSQL, SQL, Transaction, Index and Performance Tuning.
- Experience with JPA/JDBC/MyBatis, Logging, Exception Handling, Batch/Integration.
- Understanding of API Gateway, SSO, MQ/Kafka, Cache at integration level.
- Experience in Code Review, Technical Design, Git and CI/CD.
- Systems thinking, end-to-end error analysis and ability to lead Developers.
- Good communication and coordination with PM, SA, BA, Tester, DevOps.
