Key Accountabilities
- Collect, process, analyze and visualize data from multiple sources to support business decision-making.
- Design, build and maintain data pipelines to collect, process and store data.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics tools.
- Ensure data integrity, security and quality in the system.
- Integrate data sources and deploy data storage solutions (Data Warehouse, Data Lake).
- Coordinate with relevant teams to implement analytics and data engineering projects.
- Monitor data system performance and implement improvements to optimize.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java or Scala.
- Preferred experience working with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
- Understanding of relational database systems (RDBMS) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience deploying and managing data storage solutions (ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Lake).
- Skills in using data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau are an advantage.
- Understanding of statistical models, predictive analytics and machine learning is an advantage.
- Skills working with cloud computing tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving ability and effective teamwork.
