2. Requirements:
- Age from 25 to 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in construction materials or related fields
- Minimum 01 year of experience in an equivalent position
- Proficient in computer skills: office software (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, etc.) for work purposes
- Teamwork skills
- Proactive, honest, high sense of responsibility
- Good health, able to withstand work pressure, ready to accept any tasks when required
3. Job description:
- Sampling and testing materials according to proper procedures
- Assessing quality of input materials, construction materials and finished products
- Analyzing test results, proposing remedial measures when materials do not meet requirements
- Planning material supply and controlling materials
- Managing quality records, factory certificates, test results
- Coordinating with consultants, supervisors, investors and contractors in material acceptance work
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors and direct management
4. Documents:
- Application documents with a personal statement on education and work history
- Curriculum vitae with local authority confirmation (last 6 months)
- Relevant certificates and diplomas according to level and field of study standards (notarized)
- Health certificate A3 size (original), birth certificate (CC), copy of ID card/Citizen Identity Card, Family household registration (last 6 months)
- Photos 4x6 (blue background): 4 pieces
5. Salary and benefits:
- Income negotiable based on qualifications and experience, from 20 - 25 million VND/month
- Salary and benefits payment (overtime, monthly salary coefficient, etc.) twice a month on a regular basis
- End of year: 13th month bonus and performance-based annual bonus according to Hoa Phat Group regulations (from 01 to 03 months salary)
- Free lunch 01 meal/day and personal vehicle parking fees at the company designated parking lot

6. Work location and time:
- Work location: Floor 11 Hoa Phat Building Office, 39 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday noon every week (Morning 8h00 – 12h00; Afternoon 13h30 - 17h30)
