JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Warehouse & Storage Management
- Implement fully the principle of "Good Pharmacy Storage Practice", ensuring warehouse and pharmacy safety.
- Prepare drug and chemical forecasts to meet doctors' prescription needs and hospital usage requirements.
- Closely inspect and supervise drug import-export activities and inventory; record forms and submit periodic/urgent reports to the Head of Pharmacy Department.
- Drug Preparation
- Perform drug, chemical, and solution preparation (if required by the hospital) according to professional procedures, sterility standards and occupational safety.
- Statistics & Pharmacy Operations
- Control drug quality, update and strictly implement procedures and forms prescribed in the Pharmacy Department.
- Perform statistical work, consolidate import-export-inventory data, report drug usage and professional activities according to assignments.
- Drug Sales & Outpatient/Inpatient Consultation
- Advise, guide, and explain drug usage to patients/customers in compliance with prescriptions.
- Check prescriptions: Consult with doctors if unclear, professionally/legally incorrect prescriptions are detected; have the right to refuse to sell/dispense invalid prescriptions.
- Clinical Pharmacy
- Collaborate to optimize drug usage, participate in medical record reviews, advise on safe and effective drug use for doctors and nurses.
- Monitor, supervise, and receive information about side effects and adverse drug reactions, guide management in case of overdose/drug reactions, and consolidate reports to the Pharmacy Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- In-depth knowledge of drugs and chemicals
- At least 02 years of experience in pharmaceutical professional work
