3. Application documents:
Candidates shall provide information and apply according to the instructions on the website https://tuyendung.bidv.com.vn/. The application documents include
- Application registration form (with photo attached)
- Scanned copies of the following documents:
+ National ID card / Citizen ID card;
+ Master's degree / Bachelor's degree diploma;
+ Master's / Bachelor's degree transcript;
+ English certificate; IT certificate
+ Documents proving work experience.
(*) Candidates must clearly state the name of the workplace (unit name) in the application registration form, and name the file according to the template: unit name_position name_candidate's full name. Example: Tendonvi_Tenvitriungtuyen_NguyenVanA.
4. How to submit documents: BIDV only accepts documents through the official recruitment website at: https://tuyendung.bidv.com.vn/.
5. Document submission deadline: by the end of 08/11/2026 (or until BIDV receives sufficient number of documents as required).
* Note:
(i) The recruitment council will only contact candidates who meet the requirements in the document screening round.
(ii) Candidates must provide complete and accurate information on the recruitment system, especially full name in the correct order as shown on identity documents and years of work experience. BIDV only accepts citizen ID card as valid identity document. If candidates provide incorrect information or use any other document, they will not be allowed to participate in round 2.
(iii) Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents provided to BIDV. In case BIDV discovers information that is inaccurate in a manner favorable to the candidate, BIDV has the right to cancel the recruitment result.
(iv) In case the activation email is not received, candidates should check carefully in Junk E-mail, spam, Advertisements, etc. For any issues during the document submission process, candidates should send an email to tuyendung.tcns@bidv.com.vn.
(v) BIDV does not charge any fees from candidates related to recruitment.
(vi) After the document submission deadline, if candidates voluntarily withdraw their documents from the system resulting in BIDV being unable to find the documents, BIDV will determine that the candidate has not submitted documents to participate in recruitment.
