Your Tailored Development Journey
Operations Accelerator Program is a structured 18-month journey for fresh graduates who want to build a career in warehouse operations at DHL Supply Chain Vietnam.
Over the first 12 months, you will gain hands-on experience across four core warehouse functions: Inbound, Packing (Value-Added Services), Outbound and Inventory. In each rotation, you will learn how a world-class warehouse runs, then step up to lead a team under supervision. You will then take on a 6-month Acting Team Leader assignment to put your skills into practice. A Coach and a Mentor will support you every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Rotational Learning
- Complete assigned learning activities and operational tasks in each mandatory rotation.
- Perform daily warehouse activities in line with DHL operational standards and site procedures.
- Support inventory control activities, including physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Process warehouse transactions accurately to maintain reliable inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and operational guidelines.
Leadership & Personal Development
- Actively participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback to strengthen operational skills and address development needs.
- Engage with Mentors to align personal development and career aspirations with business needs.
- Develop problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and people management skills.
- Lead a small operational team under supervision during the final month of each rotation.
Continuous Improvement & Systems
- Participate in Lean, Kaizen, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.
- Help identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Use RF scanning devices and other operational tools correctly to support warehouse activities.
- Support operational reporting, data analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
Safety, Health, Environment & Compliance
- Comply with all DHL Supply Chain Safety, Health & Environment policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, organized workplace through 5S practices and promptly report safety incidents and unsafe conditions.
- Comply with customer requirements, quality standards, and operational controls.
Working Conditions
- Working location: Yen My, Hung Yen (site-based)
- Shift Work: Shift schedules based on operational and seasonal needs.
- Environment: Hands-on work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
- Rotational Assignments: Mandatory assignments across warehouse functions and locations as part of the program.
- Mobility: Willingness and availability to accept cross-site assignments or relocate to other DHL Vietnam facilities based on business and operational needs.

- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Internship experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations is preferred but not required.
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced development program.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a demanding warehouse environment.
- Ownership & Initiative: Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to manage assigned tasks independently.
- Growth Mindset: Commitment to continuous learning and a long-term career in warehouse operations management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Basic analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Open to working flexible and rotating shifts (including night shifts) and willing to travel or relocate to different sites based on business needs.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
