Currently, we are recruiting excellent candidates for the position of Specialist – Officer Field Debt Collection to join our staff team to serve the Company's business plan as follows:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform management and debt collection work for Credit & Credit Card direct debts of retail banking (KHCN) customers with overdue debts at VPBank customers overdue > 150 days, implement operational measures to collect debts, request customers to settle loans at VPBank:
Collect basic information about customers who do not pay on time: loan files, account balances, payment status at the time of contact, customer payment schedule and other necessary information from parties related to borrowing customers, …;
Implement operational measures to collect debts (meet customers directly to urge customers to pay debts …);
Understand customer payment capacity and propose appropriate solutions; negotiate with customers about payment plans and methods; follow up until the customer completes the debt repayment process;
Implement initiatives and work to enhance customer experience
Detect, inspect and report to management special cases (fraud, deception, …);
Comply with VPBank's debt collection policies and regulations, procedures, and legal regulations;
Report on periodic and urgent debt handling work as required, perform tasks as assigned by direct management.

Job Requirements
High school graduate or above, preferably graduates in Finance/Banking/Economics or related fields;
Candidates with equivalent work experience in Finance, Banking, Debt Collection, Law, etc. are an advantage; or candidates with suitable qualities will be trained in skills and business operations during work;
Good communication skills, especially listening and persuasion skills;
Ability to solve problems, quick reaction, flexible situation handling; Have basic understanding of bank products and services, debt groups
Good health, diligence and perseverance;
Basic use of office IT applications Word, Excel, Outlook, …
