- Supervise and manage the preparation and transportation of orders. Ensure cost efficiency, operational performance and best staff capacity.
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently during campaign days and regular days.
- Ensure the delivery team complies with discipline and resolve any disputes/strikes that may arise within the scope of responsibility. Ensure that all damaged goods and other complaints are handled.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve operational issues if any.
- Ensure all hubs comply with safety policies as well as standard operating procedures.
- Identify, analyze, measure, assess risks, and find control measures and ways to prevent risk consequences in operations.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process to find the right people for assigned hubs. Guide, train, manage and supervise team members.
Requirements
- Recruitment areas: Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Hue, Dak Lak.
- Graduation in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields is an advantage.
- Experience in Logistics, Operations.
- Able to work in shifts and no fixed days off.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Able to multitask, manage multiple hubs and prioritize.
- Able to work in unclear situations.
- Quick learner, adaptable to fast-paced environment.
