Scope of work: Responsible for managing, supervising and ensuring stable, safe and efficient operation of the factory's common technical systems such as: electrical systems, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment, fire prevention and control, lighting, technical infrastructure, etc. At the same time, coordinate with relevant departments in operation, repair, handover – technical acceptance, inspection and incident handling.
Main duties:
- Management of common technical systems: Supervise and ensure continuous, safe and stable operation of technical systems belonging to the factory's infrastructure.
- Coordination of general work: Manage and coordinate technical staff and contractors to carry out periodic maintenance, repairs and upgrades of technical systems as needed.
- Technical incident handling: Directly supervise and coordinate handling of technical incidents that arise. Ensure fast response time and effective remedial measures.
- Report and record preparation: Prepare periodic reports, update operation logs, maintenance records and propose improvement solutions.
- Customer and internal coordination: Act as technical focal point to support customers on technical issues related to common systems. Closely coordinate with other departments in the Management Board.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in technical-related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of technical operation of infrastructure systems in industrial parks or buildings.
- In-depth understanding of technical systems. Ability to read technical drawings, supervise construction, conduct technical inspection.
- Good communication and coordination skills; flexible incident handling; able to use basic office software.
- Proactive, careful, and highly responsible.
