- Support in development of category-level strategies
- Drive/Lead execution of specific projects and initiatives within the category
- Work with Category manager and CMA to look at Data, do analysis and recommend decision options for the category manager
- Work closely with the category manager to coordinate with different stakeholders within the team as well as other teams
- Provide status update, seek direction and ensure aligned direction is well executed
- Leverage other team resources including survey teams etc. to identify new opportunities for category to grow
Requirements
- Ideally 4-6 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management
- Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
- Super business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
- Experience with business development, sales or account management; experience in eCommerce is a plus
- Driven and motivated
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication capability
- Good English
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Have passion in eCommerce industry
