Job description
1. Customer care:
- Receive and handle customer requests through all channels (in-person, email, phone) ensuring customers receive responses within the prescribed timeframe.
- Proactively care for parents and students as instructed, ensuring parents are updated with information and satisfied with the service.
- Ensure all finance-related activities are received and processed accurately and promptly (fee payment reminders, fee collection, refunds, receipt of vouchers and discount coupons, transfer procedures, etc.)
- Accurately and promptly communicate general announcements and messages from the system and facility to parents.
- Proactively coordinate with departments in operational activities to prepare for the new school year and new students (school bus, uniforms, school supplies, insurance, etc.)
2. Admissions:
- Advise, persuade and receive enrollment of new students.
- Conduct entrance selection activities together with the school management board ensuring accuracy in the implementation process. Keep up with admissions progress as required.
- Receive admission procedures for new students, ensure the student list is fully updated along with student records for handover to the management board and teaching staff on time.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Services, or English majors
- Priority given to candidates with experience in the education sector
- Bright appearance, skillful and gracious communication, expressive voice
- Good English communication is an advantage
- Able to handle work pressure
