Operate, monitor and ensure availability and stability of Cloud Infrastructure platforms, Virtualization Platform and IT infrastructure.

Administer and allocate Compute, Storage, Network and Virtual Machine (VM) resources.

Perform 24/7 monitoring, receive and handle system alerts/incidents; analyze logs to find root cause analysis (RCA).

Execute change requests, perform periodic maintenance, system upgrades and security patches.

Research and build system automation scenarios using Bash, Python, Ansible.

Build and improve technical documentation: SOP, Runbook, Knowledge Base and periodic operational reports.

Minimum 02 years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure or Cloud Operations position.

Bachelor's degree or higher (mandatory) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Electronics and Telecommunications or related technical fields.

Solid experience in administering and operating Linux operating systems in enterprise environments. Good understanding of Cloud Computing, Virtualization and Data Center architecture.

Solid knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, Routing, Firewall, Load Balancing.

Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English well.

Teamwork skills, analytical thinking and independent incident handling.

Preferred (if any):

Experience working with OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes or Docker.

Knowledge of storage: Ceph, SAN, NAS, Object Storage.

Experience deploying/operating monitoring and logging systems: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.

Professional certifications: RHCSA/RHCE, VCP, CKA, AWS or Microsoft Azure.
