Reporting to Finance Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Data & Insights: Analyze operational metrics to identify trends, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities. Develop data-driven insights and recommend solutions or initiatives to improve operational performance.
- Project Management: Initiate and lead projects to improve payment processes, payment experience, and cost efficiency. Develop project plans, coordinate implementation, track progress against timelines and milestones, and drive actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business lines to drive project execution, optimize payment operations, and ensure smooth payment flows for customers and partners, including users, merchants, and drivers. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues and mitigate operational risks.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment and operational reports. Develop monitoring dashboards and provide regular updates on project progress, operational performance, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably experience in performance improvement for e-commerce, consulting, or relevant industries.
- Experience analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and propose data-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects, drive execution, and deliver results within timelines.
- Good verbal and written presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
