• Plan load distribution for flights ensuring safety, quality, accuracy, maximum cost savings in accordance with airline policy, and convenience for loading and unloading operations.
• Provide Load Sheet, Trim Sheet and various crew lists, passenger lists, special lists, etc. to the crew, flight attendants and airline representatives.
2. Ramp Supervision Work:
• Check and collect flight service information (passengers and baggage), forecast cargo transportation capacity
• Supervise baggage loading/unloading operations by loading staff
• Supervise coordination and service activities at the ramp ensuring compliance with procedures, security and safety regulations, and ensuring aircraft turnaround time
• Supervise baggage arrival/departure service according to regulations, coordinate and support resolution of lost items, abnormalities, damage, and cargo loss
• Supervise operations of service providers at the airport, ensuring partners comply with VJ policies and regulations
• Ensure flight documents are completed accurately. Sign and hand over documents to the crew
• Send flight telegrams and corresponding information to departments and units at the destination airport. Complete flight file
3. Headset Work:
• Coordinate with ground crew to perform pre-flight chocking, communicate with pilots when aircraft is chocked
• Connect headset to aircraft, communicate by radio with Captain
• Observe and detect abnormalities around the aircraft, report accurately and timely to the Captain
• Open and close aircraft cargo doors. Check and attach tow bar to aircraft tow point
• Communicate with pilots, perform crew greeting when push-back is completed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
