2. Recruitment method: Consists of 02 main rounds: (1) Document screening; (2) Direct interview. If necessary, candidates will be required to take tests (professional knowledge, English) to further assess candidate competencies.

* Note:
(i) For internal candidates, BIDV does not accept applications from candidates working at restructured branches (according to announcements and monitoring by the Planning Department from time to time), or candidates working at branches facing personnel difficulties or branches that consistently fail to meet staffing quotas or units under the Data & Innovation Department.
(i) The recruitment council will only contact candidates who meet requirements in the document screening round.
