4. Application documents:
Candidates shall provide information and apply according to instructions on the website https://tuyendung.bidv.com.vn/. Application documents include:
- Application registration form (with photo attached) PHIEUDANGKY (outside Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City).doc
- Scanned copies of the following documents:
+ ID card / Citizen identification card;
+ Master's degree / Bachelor's degree diploma;
+ Master's / Bachelor's degree transcript;
+ English language certificate; IT certificate
+ Documents proving work experience.
(*) Candidates must clearly state the name of the workplace (unit name) in the application registration form, and name the file according to the template: unit name_position name_candidate full name. Example: Tendonvi_Tenvitriungtuyen_NguyenVanA
5. Information for registering exam location: BIDV plans to hold round 2 exam on 17/10/2026. Candidates are requested to register exam location information for round 2 at the form: https://forms.gle/dYk5coErBu8iMc8J6. In case the registration information is not received, BIDV will automatically assign the round 2 exam location to candidates.
6. Application submission method: BIDV only accepts applications through the official recruitment website at: https://tuyendung.bidv.com.vn/.
7. Application deadline: until the end of 11/10/2026 (or until BIDV receives sufficient number of applications as required).
* Note:
(i) The recruitment council will only contact candidates who meet the requirements in the document screening round.
(ii) Candidates must provide complete and accurate information on the recruitment system, especially full name in the correct order as shown on identity documents and years of work experience. BIDV only accepts citizen identification card as valid identity document. If candidates provide incorrect information or use any other document, they will not be allowed to participate in round 2 exam.
(iii) Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents provided to BIDV. In case BIDV discovers information that is inaccurate in a way that benefits the candidate, BIDV has the right to cancel the recruitment result.
(iv) In case the activation email is not received, candidates should check carefully in Junk E-mail, spam, Advertisements, etc. For any issues during the application submission process, candidates should send an email to tuyendung.tcns@bidv.com.vn.
(v) Each candidate may only submit an application for 01 position at 01 branch. In case a candidate intentionally submits applications at the same time to different branches or positions, BIDV will actively reject the application to ensure that 01 candidate only participates in the exam for 01 position at 01 branch.
(vi) BIDV does not charge any fees from candidates related to recruitment.
(vii) After the application deadline, if a candidate voluntarily withdraws their application from the system resulting in BIDV being unable to find the application, BIDV will determine that the candidate has not submitted an application to participate in recruitment.
