- Proactively seek and expand the customer base of potential clients (small and medium enterprises, business households, individuals with capital borrowing needs).
- Advise and introduce MISA Lending financial solutions appropriate to each customer's needs.
- Guide and support customers in completing loan registration procedures and using the service.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the appraisal and disbursement process runs smoothly.
- Monitor the status of customers' loans and provide customer care during and after product usage.
- Participate in sales promotion activities, events, and seminars according to the department's plan.
- Record customer feedback to contribute to product/service improvements.
- Age: 22-28 years old.
- Graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or related fields (students awaiting graduation may apply).
- Preferred experience in sales in software, finance, banking, or insurance sectors.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and persistent in pursuing targets.
- Good communication, consulting, and customer persuasion skills.
