JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Introduce and sell VNPAY service products to Banks, including: POS payment acceptance service, Invoice payment, Payment gateway, Mobile Banking, Omni Banking and other VNPAY services.
- Manage product and service implementation projects with Banks, coordinate relevant departments, monitor progress and supervise project quality implementation, ensuring project success at assigned banks.
- Act as the main point of contact and align with banks on coordination procedures or handling issues arising during the operation of cooperative services between the two parties.
- Maintain good relationships with assigned bank partners, ensure complete information about service status as well as competitors.
- Detailed tasks:
- Analyze market and partners to select target customer groups
- Prepare content and service introduction materials to present solutions and propose implementation of new features/services to Bank partners
- Act as the main point of contact with banks to receive requests
- Align objectives, implementation plans/roadmaps, and calculate resources
- Coordinate and cooperate with internal departments and relevant partners to implement work according to plan
- Participate in product and service testing to control quality before handover to partners
- Act as the main point of contact for teams to handle issues related to services after go-live
- Regularly report project progress, and be aware to report promptly to department leadership about arising issues or matters beyond the authority of staff members
- Other tasks as directed by leadership.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking Finance, IT, E-commerce, etc.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in Payment intermediary and Banking fields; have undertaken work related to Digital Banking, Payment intermediary services, POS payment acceptance unit development
- Knowledge of applying AI tools in work
- Basic English communication ability
- Must have both sales and project management skills
- Traits of eagerness to learn, open-mindedness, dynamism, flexibility
- High sense of responsibility in work
- Teamwork skills, work coordination, good planning
- Proficient in MS Office software
