Brief Description
Responsible for researching, building, upgrading and managing operations related to the assigned field ensuring compliance with requirements and trends.
- Survey and build business analysis documents (PTYC), Prototype documents
- Finalize alignment with customers on problem requirements
- Responsible for reviewing and guiding project/product solutions of team members
- Analyze competitor products/applications (competitor analytics).
- Build comprehensive business solutions, end-to-end system solutions and interconnected solutions between systems.
- Build methods/conduct effectiveness evaluation of product features.
- Work closely with development team to implement requirements, provide necessary guidance for Testing during quality assurance process.
- Build technical specification documents for Projects/Products
- Support AM, PM in product/system acceptance with customers
- Organize professional/business training for lower levels or other team members in the project team
Scope of Responsibilities
Build business solutions (for new product development projects with specifically defined scope)
- Analyze products/applications in the market/competitors.
- Propose appropriate approaches, analysis techniques, business modeling models for the project
- Build business analysis documents (PTYC), create Prototype
- Finalize alignment with customers on problem requirements
- Build solution documents and detailed feature design from user perspective.
- Answer and discuss business-related questions from the project team.
Review, evaluate and improve solutions
- Participate in reviewing business solution documents,
- Participate in improving business solution flows, advise customers on optimal solutions
Coordinate and support development team
- Participate in building technical specification documents for Projects/Products
- Calculate resource usage for IT systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics and related Engineering disciplines, Good grade or higher
- At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst or equivalent position at software companies
- Deep understanding of software production processes, requirements gathering processes and software analysis, design, implementation processes.
- Master business analysis techniques, business flow modeling such as: business functional models, relational data models, UML language, use case creation, BPMN...
- Knowledge of DFD system flow design
- Knowledge of UX
- Proficient in building prototypes of application products
- Master operations in related product areas
- Good documentation writing skills, good logical thinking
- Communication skills, customer care
- International certification in BA field (ECBA or higher)
- Ability to read and understand English documents. Priority given to TOEIC, TOEFL or IELTS certificates equivalent to TOEIC score – 650 points or higher
