Job description
1. General inspection
- Inspect/monitor the handling of complaints.
- Conduct inspections on cases related to compliance with procedures and regulations in production as required.
- Propose and implement inspection topics to detect violations in key areas and/or widespread violations, serious violations of the System in production and quality control
2. Technical production and supplier inspection
- Inspect the implementation and execution of optimization/improvement items that have been reported, evaluate optimization quality, production line improvements, rationality of process improvements, optimization of workshops.
- Inspect supplier quality management, coordination process with suppliers when component quality issues arise, ensuring a new product development program meets 3 requirements: on time, correct quality and approved production process (PPAP) on schedule
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering specialization (IT, Mechatronics, Automotive Manufacturing, Electrical-Electronics, etc.) or other specialization but with seniority/experience in Inspection or Quality Control or Internal Control related to Automotive/Motorcycles/Electronic Equipment.
- Good English
- 5-15 years of experience in Research/Development or Quality Control or Inspection in fields related to Automotive/Motorcycles/Electronic Equipment, or internal audit experience in manufacturing plants
- Have a spirit of eagerness to learn, ambition, work under high pressure, teamwork or independent work.
- Not afraid of difficulties, willing to accept/take on a leadership role, honest, straightforward, logical thinking, critical thinking ability and flexibility in communication
