Vinschool is expanding its Academic Division team, seeking talented personnel to accompany the development, supervision and evaluation of educational program implementation across the entire system.

(Global Citizenship (GCED) is a distinctive subject offered only at Vinschool, where students explore global issues (based on the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals), and have opportunities to research and take practical action to address these issues. GCED has been implemented since 2019 for students in grades 1-12 across all Vinschool campuses)
***YOUR MISSION & IMPACT (JOB DESCRIPTION)
At Vinschool, you are not just a manager – you are a builder of professional foundations for the entire system:
1. Team leadership and management: Recruit, lead and inspire the team of Subject Program Specialists; optimize work performance towards common goals.
2. Program development
• Establish learning outcomes & lead the editorial team to systematize content.
• Conduct periodic reviews and update programs based on practical feedback.
3. Supervision and evaluation of program implementation
• Directly observe classes and assess teaching quality at campuses across the system.
• Coordinate professionally and exchange with school leadership to ensure effective implementation.
• Coordinate with the Inspection and Quality Assurance Department to carry out inspection tasks related to program and program implementation.
4. Training and knowledge transfer
• Survey training needs, develop & implement system-wide training courses.
• Evaluate effectiveness, update materials and build professional community development, ensuring effective internal program transfer.
5. Summative assessment: Establish procedures, question banks and organize system-level summative assessments.
6. Collect and process information from periodic reports of campuses, manage student learning outcome records across the system
7. Coordinate with departments/divisions to implement tasks related to the program
Requirements
***IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE (JOB REQUIREMENTS)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Literature, English, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology... Priority given to candidates who have studied abroad in English-speaking countries.
• Foreign language proficiency: Fluent English.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years in a management/coordination position in the education sector.
• Deep expertise:
o Broad understanding of educational programs worldwide; Master the relevant standards for the subject/subject group being implemented in advanced countries and the strengths, weaknesses of each standard as well as how to develop curriculum, syllabus
o Understand the requirements of Vinschool's Teacher Standards.
• Core skills: Logical, systematic thinking, sharp critical thinking along with excellent communication, presentation and organizational abilities.
