2. Recruitment method: Consists of 02 main rounds: (1) Resume screening; (2) Direct interview. If necessary, candidates will be required to take tests (professional knowledge, English) to further assess candidate competencies.

* Note:
(i) For internal candidates, BIDV does not accept applications from candidates working at restructured branches (according to announcements and monitoring by the Planning Department from time to time), or candidates working at branches facing personnel difficulties or branches that consistently fail to meet staffing quotas or units belonging to the Data & Innovation Block.
