2. Recruitment method: Consists of 02 main rounds: (1) Resume screening; (2) Direct interview. If necessary, candidates will be required to take tests (business knowledge, English) to further assess their competence.

4. Application documents: Candidates must provide complete application documents, including:

* Note:
(i) For internal candidates, BIDV does not accept applications from candidates working at restructured branches (according to announcements and monitoring by the Planning Board from time to time), or candidates working at branches facing personnel difficulties or branches that consistently fail to meet staffing quotas or units under the Data & Innovation Block.
(i) The recruitment council will only contact candidates who meet requirements in the resume screening round.
