JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Objective
Perform credit card activity management work such as processing customer requests (received through Business Units or 24/7 Contact Center) or Business Units related to credit card products throughout the card lifecycle in accordance with regulations and in a timely manner. At the same time, participate in building automated accounting flows for credit cards, improving processes, developing systems, building management reports on interest and fee breakdown, debt classification, debt group transfer accounting, specific provision accrual, general provision accrual and principal debt loss recovery.
Main Responsibilities
1. Credit Card Activity Management Responsibilities
- Perform credit card activity management work such as processing customer requests (received through Business Units or 24/7 Contact Center) or Business Units related to credit card products throughout the card lifecycle:
+ Change cardholder information / credit limit / online spending limit / change automatic debit account balance; calculate/cancel card service fees and interest, debt recovery, annual fee refund
+ Perform card reissuance / renewal / closure; provide principal debt balance, interest and fee data, installment transactions, refunds, unhold transactions on the system and confirm financial obligations of SHB staff related to cards
+ Perform operational work on statement management, debt balance tracking, credit card debt classification across the system, debt group transfer accounting, track general provision accrual, specific provision accrual, principal debt loss recovery.
2. General Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with related units (24/7 Contact Center, Business Units, related Divisions/Departments...) in the process of managing credit card activities.
- Implement reporting regime on card operations as required by departments, centers, divisions, State Bank of Vietnam, competent authorities according to each period.
- Participate in building, reviewing, updating procedures / regulations / guidelines related to debit card and credit card operations.
3. Other Work
- Develop, improve features / reports related to systems used in credit card activity management operations.
- Participate in building newsletters, training content for Business Units on credit card activity management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit extension and credit card fields.
2. Professional Knowledge
- Understand credit extension and bank credit card operations.
- Have knowledge of State Bank of Vietnam circulars and regulations on loans, debt classification, debt group transfer of credit cards.
3. Skills
- Ability to analyze data, ability to build management reports on card data.
- Honest, open-minded, dynamic, creative and proactive in work
- Situation handling and decision-making skills.
- Communication and inter-departmental coordination skills.
