MISA is seeking a Product Manager to lead and develop a strategic product in the Financial and Accounting field for Public Administrative Units.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building strategy, defining product development direction and roadmap for Financial and Accounting software for Public Administrative Units, aligned with business objectives and overall company goals.
  • Responsible for building and improving products, ensuring legal compliance (State Budget Law, Public Administrative Unit accounting regime and related regulations) and enhancing competitive capability.

Essential Tasks:

  • Strategic planning and product roadmap: Develop strategy, plans, and product development roadmap for Financial and Accounting software for Public Administrative Units by phases, aligned with business objectives and overall company direction.
  • Market research and product development: Analyze customer needs, market, competitors, trends in Financial and Accounting for Public Administrative Units and legal requirements (laws and related regulations) to identify opportunities, prioritize development and product improvements.
  • Coordinate product development process: Collaborate with Technical, Product Analysis, Marketing and Sales departments during development, testing, and deployment to ensure timeline, quality and set objectives.

Job Requirements

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the position of Chief Accountant/General Accountant/Accounting Manager at large companies; priority given to candidates with experience in public administrative units, manufacturing enterprises, import-export, or multi-sector accounting services.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must-have:
