- Proactively inform, advise on service packages, guide customers in using additional services and FPT Telecom's promotional programs.
- Support customers with contract-related procedures: Clarify contract information and promotions, receive and process customer information changes.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries via phone regarding: Debt, contracts, policies, product information.
- Notify customers of monthly internet and television fees.
- Support customers in completing fee payments within the month.
- Collect customer fees paid at the transaction counter and from fee collection officers working at the Branch.
- Manage and support fee collection partners in completing assigned targets.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Department Head/Unit.

- Associate degree or higher, preferably in Economics majors (Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance...).
- Confident, persuasive communication, clear speech without accent, no stuttering, no basic pronunciation errors.
- Ability to organize and supervise work; office IT skills.
- Preference for candidates with at least 01 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Fee Collection Management, Debt Management, Sales Consulting,...
- Customer-centric mindset.
