We are seeking an analytical to join our Seller Performance team - Platform Pricing Management. You will own one or more workstreams end-to-end - the scope of ownership and level of independence scale with experience. Core responsibilities include:
Price Competitiveness (Marketplace & Livestream)
- Design and monitor price competitiveness metrics: maintain tracker and monitor price competitiveness closely; work closely with Business Intelligence (BI) to make necessary data & tracker adjustments
- Collaborate cross-functionally: work with cross-functional teams to execute pricing actions
- Assist in driving seller adoption and engagement for pricing-related tools & features via data analysis and solution development & execution
- Analyze & improve performance via data-driven analysis to refine pricing strategies and enhance seller engagement
- Work closely with Local and Regional Product to roll out new features in VN and provide feedback loop to regional teams for seamless seller/user experience
- Identify seller needs & feature enhancement opportunity and discuss with Product regarding feature development/improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, consulting, BI/analytics, or seller/category management, with a track record of owning a workstream or project end-to-end
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving; comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL is a strong plus
- Effective communication in English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
- Experience navigating and managing complex workflows in dynamic environments
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Previous experience with the e-commerce industry, especially livestream
