Accident Insurance:
- Receive accident information from the fleet (coordination staff or drivers) and guide the fleet to report according to the correct insurance procedures.
- Reduce processing time for incidents related to insurance issues
- Optimize insurance compensation costs when accidents occur.
- Optimize waiting time for accident vehicle repairs.
- Monitor and ensure all vehicles' insurance is renewed on time
Maintenance:
- Inspect and develop maintenance/servicing plans for all vehicles appropriately to ensure operational performance (regular days, peak days).
- Optimize maintenance costs for trucks.
- Supervise and optimize damage items for repairs/servicing that arise and assess the reasonableness of these requests.
- Optimize empty running time due to maintenance/repairs.
- Identify and correct improper truck repairs/servicing.
- Based on professional experience, advise and propose reasonable maintenance solutions.
Requirements
- College degree or higher, preferably in automotive repair engineering or mechanics
- Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle inspection, transportation industry
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage work
- Ability to coordinate with departments
- Ability to travel on business if accidents occur
