JOB OBJECTIVES:

  • Create detailed production plans for designated production areas.
  • Monitor actual production against plan on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize capacity utilization and machine efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop detailed production plans and schedules based on WIP, finished/semi-finished inventory, production capacity and customer demand.

Monitor production progress against plan, update and adjust production schedules daily to ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QA and Planning departments to review orders, handle changes and issues affecting the plan.

Participate in daily meetings, record and update production metrics such as yield, cycle time, machine run time.

Proactively report risks, propose plan adjustment solutions and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • Graduated from lower secondary school (9/12) to upper secondary school (12/12).
  • Graduated from vocational or associate degree is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

  • No experience required.
  • Priority given to candidates with 1–2 years of experience in material inspection, quality assessment or product evaluation.

SKILLS:

MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Làm kế hoạch sản xuất chi tiết cho các khu vực sản xuất được chỉ định.
  • Theo dõi thực tế sản xuất so với kế hoạch mỗi ngày.
  • Kết hợp các bộ phận liên quan để tận dụng tối ưu công suất, sử dụng máy hiệu quả.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Lập kế hoạch và lịch sản xuất chi tiết dựa trên WIP, tồn kho thành phẩm/bán thành phẩm, năng lực sản xuất và nhu cầu khách hàng.

Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất so với kế hoạch, cập nhật và điều chỉnh lịch sản xuất hằng ngày để đảm bảo giao hàng đúng hạn.

Phối hợp với các bộ phận Sản xuất, Kỹ thuật, QA, Kế hoạch để review đơn hàng, xử lý các thay đổi và vấn đề ảnh hưởng đến kế hoạch.

Tham gia cuộc họp hàng ngày, ghi nhận và cập nhật các chỉ số sản xuất như yield, cycle time, thời gian chạy máy.

Chủ động báo cáo rủi ro, đề xuất phương án điều chỉnh kế hoạch và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

TRÌNH ĐỘ HỌC VẤN:

  • Tốt nghiệp THCS (9/12) đến THPT (12/12).
  • Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng là một lợi thế.

KINH NGHIỆM:
