Work location: VSIP Tu Son - Bac Ninh; Yen My - Hung Yen; Long Bien - Hanoi
- Support supervision of goods and warehouse operations to ensure timely goods import and export
- Supervise export, import, and inventory of goods accurately in terms of quantity, type, condition, etc.
- Execute periodic inventory checks, reconcile and adjust inventory data
- Responsible for guiding, training and managing permanent and seasonal workforce
- Prepare periodic reports: daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by direct management
Requirements
- Understanding of sorting warehouse operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an equivalent position is an advantage
- Experience in team management
- Agile and able to work independently
- Experience in data management, processing and analysis
- Ability to work in shifts
