2. Recruitment form:
- Recruitment process
- Round 1 – Document screening
- Round 2 – Assign assignment, require candidates (who passed document screening round) to develop Program/Action Plan to implement assigned tasks for the recruitment position.
- Round 3 – Direct interview, combined with requirement for candidates to present and explain Program/Action Plan before the Interview Panel.

4. Application documents: Candidates must provide complete application documents, including:
- Recruitment registration form with attached photo Phieu_dang_ky_TSC.doc
- Scanned copies of the following documents:
+ ID card / Citizen ID card;
+ Master's / Bachelor's degree certificate;
+ Master's / Bachelor's transcript;
+ English certificate; IT certificate
+ Documents proving work experience.
(*) Candidates must clearly fill in the name of workplace (name of Unit) in the recruitment registration form, and name the file according to the template: recruitment unit name_candidate full name. Example: BanSanphambanle_NguyenVanA
* Note:
(i) BIDV does not accept applications from candidates currently working at restructuring branches (according to announcements and monitoring by the Planning Department from time to time), or candidates currently working at branches facing personnel difficulties or branches that regularly do not recruit sufficient authorized headcount or units belonging to the Information Technology Block, Data Block & Innovation.
(ii) The recruitment panel will only contact candidates who meet requirements in the document screening round.
(iii) Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents provided to BIDV. In case BIDV discovers information discrepancies in favor of the candidate, BIDV has the right to cancel the recruitment result.
