Main Responsibilities
- Enhance productivity of debt collection teams (call, field, litigation, enforcement).
- Ensure KPI achievement, reduce NPL and support leadership in data-driven decision making.
- Optimize debt portfolio allocation to directly improve debt collection ratio and value.
- Develop effective KPI and incentive mechanisms to drive labor productivity and increase actual debt collection results.
- Deploy KPI system clearly and consistently from management to staff level, ensuring transparency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- University degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking/Finance sector. Priority given to candidates with experience in building large-scale productivity reporting systems.
- Understanding of productivity measurement indicators.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, strong data thinking.
- Good communication, presentation and persuasion skills, especially in working environment with senior leadership.
- Critical thinking, ability to see the big picture and propose strategic solutions.
- Project management skills, cross-departmental coordination and ability to handle high pressure.
