- Directly supervise external service contractors (security, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, etc.) to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Inspect training equipment daily
- Coordinate with the engineering team to promptly resolve building facility issues.
- Make a monthly inventory of replaced and remaining equipment and materials. Based on this, prepare a procurement proposal for the following month.
- Assist the Department Head in collecting quotations and recommending suppliers of materials and equipment.
- Other assignments from the direct supervisor.
1. Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical and electronics engineering, business administration, hospitality management, law, or related fields.
2. Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
3. Other requirements:
- English Toeic from 450 or equivalent.
- Have presentation and report writing skills.
- Be trained and constantly updated with relevant skills.
- Have the highest sense of information confidentiality.
- Work under high pressure.
