POSITION OBJECTIVE The Technical Program Manager will be the technical focal point of the project, responsible for ensuring the product is developed and commercialized successfully on schedule – with quality – within cost – and with manufacturing capability. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for managing and coordinating the entire Chiller Fan product development program, from Concept → Prototype → EVT/DVT/PVT → Trial Production → Mass Production → Commercialization phases. Develop overall plans, timelines, milestones and work items of the project; monitor and ensure schedule, quality and product objectives. Coordinate relevant departments such as R&D, Mechanical Design, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing and suppliers during product development. Directly participate in resolving technical issues arising during design, prototyping, testing and trial production. Monitor the development of mechanical structure, product housing, molds and related components; coordinate with the technical team to ensure design meets product requirements and manufacturing capability. Manage prototyping, testing, evaluation and product improvement processes; drive relevant parties to complete corrective actions on schedule. Work directly with suppliers to develop components, molds, prototypes and handle technical issues.
